We provided strategic, planning, procedural and planning law advice to the client leading on the delivery of consent for at first a change of use to 27 flats of the current building and then a doubling of the units to 46 flats through a pre-app followed by full planning. We co-ordinated all related consultants (e.g. flood risk and environmental, affordable housing viability appraisals, architect) throughout the scheme, securing consent under delegated powers.
