We guided the client and the architect through the complex requirements of the new ‘air rights PD’ legislation, including a detailed assessment of impacts on street view and daylight and sunlight, as well as leading on s106 Planning Agreements that had to be drafted and completed within tight application deadlines. The approval delivered a further 6 units within a full new floor and mansard roof space on top of an existing block.
