We provided strategic, planning, procedural and planning law advice to the client leading on the delivery of consent for at first a planning permission for window and access changes to the building to optimise a future application for change of use of the rear ground and lower ground floor space to a total of five one-bedroom flats and three studio flats.
We coordinated all related consultants (e.g. daylight and sunlight, architect) throughout the scheme, securing consent under Class MA permitted development rights.
