Full planning permission was obtained for Phase 1 of a new Borough-wide district heat network grid
We provided strategic, planning and procedural advice to the client for Phase 1 of a new 23km Borough-wide district heating distribution network in Enfield comprising at this stage pipework of approximately 7km in length.
The development will help to deliver more environmentally sustainable and, in the long term, cheaper heating and power to thousands of homes and businesses throughout the whole London Borough of Enfield.
