We provided strategic, planning, procedural and planning advice to the client to successfully obtain prior approval for the change of use of 4,500 sqft to residential use.
During the application we were able to direct the case officer from a refusal with reference to an Article 4 Direction on the former Class O permitted development rights, which had since expired, and avoided any onerous conditions relating to noise mitigation and EV charging points.
