His experience includes acting as a legal adviser to several London planning authorities, including, Barnet, Islington, Lambeth and the City of Westminster; as well as acting for a diverse range of private sector clients.
David has advised on several high-profile developments and regeneration projects as both a planning consultant and as a lawyer, including controversial schemes such as Crossrail and the new UK Supreme Court Building. Among other things, David also possesses an extensive consultancy practice for a smaller-scale residential and mixed-use development.
He has had articles published on reforms to the Town and Country Planning regime and has regularly addressed property-related conferences.
