David KempBSc (Hons) PGDL MRICS Barrister* (*non-practising)With over 10 years experience as a planning consultant, comprising experience obtained as a chartered surveyor, Town and Country Planning consultant and as a specialist planning and environmental lawyer in both private practice and in the public sector, David Kemp provides a unique multi-disciplinary approach to Planning Consultancy. As well as acting for a diverse range of private sector clients, his experience has included acting as a legal adviser to several London planning authorities, including, Barnet, Islington, Lambeth and the City of Westminster. David has advised on several high profile development and regeneration projects as both a planning consultant and as a lawyer, including controversial schemes such as Crossrail and the new UK Supreme Court Building, as well as smaller scale residential and mixed use development. He has had articles published on reforms to the Town and Country Planning regime and has regularly addressed property-related conferences. |
